COP 2812 - Introduction to XML


This course is designed to provide a thorough working knowledge of the Extensible Markup Language (XML). The course is a lecture/lab course designed to be taught in a computer lab. This course starts by reviewing basic XML concepts and then proceeds to the markup language, cascading style sheets, and XSLT. Topics include DOM, SAX, valid XM, XML and databases.
Prerequisites: COP 1000.
