NUR 4776L - Practicum for Applications of Evidenced-Based Practice for BSNs II - Lab


This course is a practicum course which provides an opportunity for increasing breadth and depth of knowledge and skill in the utilization of evidence-based practice and evaluation of outcomes. Activities may include experiences with a preceptor, service learning, and community activities. The student will be provided an opportunity to select an individual area of interest to study and develop an organized plan guided by a faculty member and a preceptor. This course will culminate in a final project, presentation, or portfolio that adds the fourth and fifth steps of evidence-based practice to the first three steps that were started in NUR 4766.
Prerequisites: NUR 3805, NUR 3125, NSP 3185, NUR 3164, NUR 3846, NUR 3636C, NUR 4286, NUR 4895, NUR 4775 and NUR 4775L.
Corequisites: NUR 4776.
