Campus/Center Information


Campuses and centers are located throughout Duval and Nassau counties, offering courses during the day, evening and weekends. Each campus has its own specialties, nuances and attributes that make each a little different than the others. Students may choose to attend one or more campuses/centers of their choice. Campus Locations and Information

 

Downtown Campus

Downtown Campus is centrally located in the heart of Jacksonville on West State Street. It is easily accessible by bus and the skyway station. Because of its unique programs and convenient location, students are attracted to the Downtown Campus from all areas of the city.


Kent Campus

Kent Campus is located on the Westside on Roosevelt Boulevard, down the street from Five–Points, near the neighborhoods of Riverside, Murray Hill, Avondale and Ortega. Orange Park and Mandarin students also find Kent Campus convenient.


North Campus

North Campus is located in Jacksonville’s North District on Capper Road near Lem Turner Road, Dunn Avenue and I-295. Because of the campus programs, students from both counties in the service district choose to take courses at the North Campus.


Open Campus

Open Campus is a fully online campus, offering credit courses for students pursuing associate and bachelor degree programs. Online classes using technology and access to the Internet provide flexible and accelerated course schedules to meet students’ individual needs. For some of these courses, proctored testing at an approved testing location is required; for others, all work can be completed wholly online.


South Campus

South Campus is located on Beach Boulevard. It is most convenient for students living in East Arlington, the Southside, and Beaches. The campus also attracts some students from Nassau County via I-295.

Advanced Technology Center

The Advanced Technology Center is located downtown immediately west of the Downtown Campus.


Betty P. Cook Nassau Center

The Betty P. Cook Nassau Center is located on William Burgess Boulevard in Yulee. It serves students from Duval County and Nassau residents from Fernandina Beach, Callahan, Hilliard and Yulee. The Betty P. Cook Center includes the Outdoor Education Center and the Lewis “Red” Bean Technical Career Center, which was developed with the Nassau County School District.


Cecil Center

Cecil Center is located on the Westside of Jacksonville within the Cecil Commerce Center. Cecil Center offers a convenient location for students from the Westside, Orange Park, Middleburg and surrounding areas.


Deerwood Center

The Deerwood Center is located on Old Baymeadows Road. It is ideal for those living in the Deerwood and Baymeadows area, as well as students in Mandarin.
